1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing uaelottolucky.com ("the Site") or purchasing Powerball tickets through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You may only use this Site if you are 18 years of age or older (the legal gambling age in Australia), you are physically located within Australia at the time of ticket purchase, and you are not on any self-exclusion or gambling prohibition list.
Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before processing any ticket purchase or prize payout.
3. Account Registration
To purchase tickets, you must create an account with accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activities that occur under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Ticket Purchases & Draws
Powerball draws occur every Thursday at 7:30 PM AEST. Ticket entries close at 7:30 PM AEST on Thursdays.
You may purchase tickets via Standard entry, QuickPick, or PowerHit. All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, or incorrectly selected numbers.
5. Prizes & Winnings
The Division 1 jackpot starts at $150 million and can grow if not won. Winnings are credited directly to your registered account balance.
Prizes under $10,000 are automatically credited within 48 hours. Prizes of $10,000 or more require identity verification before payout. Unclaimed prizes after 12 months are forfeited and donated to responsible gambling initiatives.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, uaelottolucky.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets in the preceding 30 days. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated systems to purchase tickets, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Site, or use the Site from outside Australia.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false or misleading information, or engages in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
